"Libby. You just plug in your library card info and BAM, an entire world of free ebooks, audio books, cookbooks, magazines, etc. are at your fingertips! Just like a real library, you often have to get on the waitlist for really popular books, which I kind of love for the nostalgia of it. I remember my mom getting calls from the Forsyth County Library in Winston-Salem that her book was finally available, and she'd load us all up in the minivan to drive downtown and pick up her latest read. I get that same feeling of excitement when I get the email that my book is available for download."

"Shoutout to whoever mentioned Fitbod in an earlier post. In lieu of that, I will recommend Strava to anyone who is looking for a bit of extra motivation to go on that run, walk, hike, trail run, or bike ride. It is a fun way to set and keep track of weekly or monthly goals while still maintaining a bit of the social aspect that has us coming back to so many apps like Instagram or Facebook. It hooks up to any smart watch and is intuitive enough for anyone to get started."

"If you know me, then you know I never pass up information. My Whoop app is the first thing I check in the morning. I fill out a personalized journal log every day with the objective that Whoop analyses my health and habits. For example, Whoop may report to me, "You reach 35% deeper sleep on nights you log that you've slept with a noise machine." I love being competitive with myself regarding my health, strain (IYKYK) and sleep."

"FitBod is my go-to app for working out. It gives you a tailored and customized workout according to what you would like to do in the gym that day.
For example, if you want to work out your quads and hamstrings for 45 minutes, you simply plug that into FitBod and it will curate a leg work-out for you, providing weight, reps and videos on how to properly do each exercise.
It makes your workout much more structured and productive."
